Mana NZ Greenstone Silver Koru Earrings 15mm

Genuine New Zealand Pounamu (Greenstone), sourced and hand-carved in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Pounamu is of great cultural significance for Maori and is believed to enhance mana (prestige) of its possessor. When received as a gift Pounamu is said to gain value as a special treasure. The Koru is representative of a new fern leaf unfurling, symbolising new life and growth. It is a widely recognised symbol of New Zealand, a land of ferns.
